Written by a clinical psychologist and student of Eastern philosophy, this guide offers a radical solution to readers struggling with self-doubt, self-esteem, and self-defeating thoughts: get over your self--it's time for "no-self help"! With forty bite-sized chapters full of clever and inspiring insights, this book will help readers break free of their own self-limiting beliefs, so they can realize a more expansive sense of being and discover the unlimited potential of who they really are.
