Über den Autor

About the Editor Joan Gandy, PhD, is a Registered Dietitian who has worked in a variety of settings. She was a Senior Research Fellow at Oxford Brookes University and helped set up the MSc in Public Nutrition at Westminster University before becoming a Reader in Nutrition. She was the British Dietetic Association's first Research Officer and is currently working as a freelance dietitian.
