One night, I was laying awake in my bed overthinking and overwhelmed with emotions - spiraling as one does.
Until, almost suddenly, words came together in my head, building somewhat of a poem. That¿s when I discovered the peace that comes with letting those words flow through me and putting them on paper. I discovered what poems and lyrical writing can do for the mind and soul. I never plan a text; it just comes to me, and I like to believe that there¿s some kind of magic to it.
